Day 1

To start off, I will give a little background of myself. I am 16 years old and am extremely active in basketball and soccer. In September I partially tore my ACl, but decided not to get surgery right away and see if I could strengthen in and just play thorugh it so I wouldn't have to miss my high school basketball season. Due to my lack of ability to run as fast or jump as high with my injury and also hurt myself about 5 times during this period, I decided to get surgery so I can be able to play in the summer.

Now, as the surgery is going I had an allograft, and my doctor actually told me this was one of the best graft's he has seen, so this was some good news. So far the worst experience from this surgery was not being able to pee after the surgery due to how they numbed my spinal chord during surgery. This was by far one of the most painful things I have ever experienced and they actually had to cardarize me to release everything in my bladder. Other than that though everything so far is going pretty well and hopefully I will soon be able to play as soon as possible.
